Fast Taq DNA Polymerase, Fast AB-HS Taq DNA Polymerase, and Fast M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase are new types of fast amplification products developed by AIVD.


They are new fast amplification products developed by our company, which are based on traditional amplification products and obtained through molecularly directed evolution technology and continuous innovation. It is used for PCR and qPCR rapid amplification.

 

The normal PCR extension time is 1Kb/30–60s, while the extension time of Fast Taq DNA polymerase in PCR reactions is shortened to 1Kb/1S. The antibody-modified Fast Hot Start Taq DNA polymerase can well suppress the non-specific reaction caused by primer non-specificity or primer dimer during PCR and can be used for multiplex PCR amplification, and Fast Hot Start Taq DNA polymerase and Fast Reverse Transcriptase can significantly shorten the reaction time of nucleic acid amplification.
