AIVD has developed a monkeypox virus antigen test kit uncut sheet based on its own raw material R&D advantages. After repeated verifications, the product has the characteristics of high sensitivity, high specificity, clear and easy to interpret results, etc. It is suitable for the detection of sample types of whole blood, serum, plasma, saliva, and throat swabs.  At the same time, it has no cross-interference with vaccinia virus, smallpox virus and vaccinia virus, and is suitable for auxiliary diagnosis of related diseases caused by monkeypox virus infection.

a. Sensitivity 

The detection sensitivity is up to 10pg/mL.

b. Precision 

Intra-batch precision: the same batch of product is selected and tested 10 times in parallel with the enterprise precision reference, and there is no significant difference in color development at 15 minutes. 

Inter-batch precision: three batches of kits were tested 10 times in parallel with each of the corporate precision references, and there was no significant difference in color development at 15 minutes. 

c. Specificity 

Detection of not less than 500 random samples, each sample tested once, no blood red background on the membrane surface, specificity ≥ 99.8%.
